Bring your team together for a meaningful, hands-on culinary experience designed to nourish connection, creativity, and well-being.
In this 90-120 minute class for groups of 8-10, you’ll begin with a brief mindfulness exercise to center the mind and set the tone. Each participant completes a dietary survey and Ayurvedic dosha quiz in advance, allowing us to create a custom 3-course menu tailored to your group’s unique needs.
Working in small teams, participants will prepare each course using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients that are top 9 allergen-free, gluten-free, with vegan options available. Guided throughout, your team will collaborate, build confidence in inclusive cooking, and learn how to thoughtfully prepare meals for diverse dietary lifestyles.
The experience ends with a shared meal, celebrating both the dishes created and the connections built.
